Days four and five

Day four:
Made it to another hip hop class! This was at a closer gym and the people there were way more serious about their dancing! They must take actual dance classes. I felt really out of place. And I was the only fatty there! But I danced my ass off!! I should restart my bodybugg subscription to see how many calories I burn doing the hip hop aerobics.

Other than that it was really an uneventful day. No big ups or down.

Day five:
I took the kids to get their pictures done this morning and then went to the food court at the mall. Was going to get #1 some nuggets at McD's but was handed a sample of pineapple chicken from a thai place as I passed by. So I thought, hey, #1 and I can share a meal from there. Well....didn't work out so well. He only wanted to eat chow mein noodles one at a time and #2 wanted to scream his head off. Since I was getting dirty looks for my screaming child, I decided to get a to go box and leave. While this was frustrating, it was actually a blessing in disguise because I didn't eat all the food that was on my plate. It is currently still sitting in the refrigerator in it's to go box.

I made it to the gym tonight and decided that working out by yourself is plain boring. Even with my ipod cranked up! Sigh...I did put in an hour though. 30 on the elliptical and 30 on the tredmill. Still no intervals. But I am feeling good! I'll step on the scale on day 8 which is Sunday and see what my efforts have managed to reduce!!
